Seeking a data-savvy B2B Support executive to lead our support team in managing, analyzing, and reporting on business data to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be adept in SQL and/or Python for advanced data manipulation and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee CRM data accuracy and coordinate with various departments to align on pricing, payments, and stock issues.
- Manage daily sales inquiries and maintain up-to-date product listings and pricing.
- Utilize SQL for database queries and Python for automating data-related tasks.
- Analyze sales trends, update sales reports, and maintain historical data records.
- Support the sales team with all requirements.
