You will play a crucial role in coordinating between production, sales, and design teams to ensure efficient execution of orders and timely delivery of products. Your background in textile engineering will provide valuable insights into product development and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production, design, and sales teams to understand client requirements and develop product specifications accordingly.
- Assist in sourcing raw materials and components, ensuring adherence to quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to track production progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct quality inspections to maintain product consistency and address any defects or discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of orders, production schedules, and inventory levels.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market demands to contribute to product development strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field.
- Prior experience in merchandising, preferably in the textile industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
