· Ability to coordinate with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs

· Ability to Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content

· Set clear learning goals and create content that matches them

· Create supporting material/media (audio, storylines for video content, simulations, role plays, games etc)

· Can devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course

· Ability to create exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

· Can preferably use Inpage for Urdu text
