He / She must have experience in managerial level also in calls center

  • Have knowledge about software 
  • Good in communication
  • Must be fluent in English with native American accent 
  • Providing guideline to agent to deal with the patients 
  • Managing the workflow of the call center doing QC of the calls made by agents
  • Have skills about objection handling discipline dependability
  • Positive mind
  • Must be excellent in English language
  • Have a skill to lead a team just like a good team leader / have leadership skill
  • Must have knowledge about how to trained new employees
  • Have ability to take final interviews shortly and select/ shortlisted perfect people for required position regarding call center.
