Mind Aqua is looking for Sales and Support Executive. The job duties and responsibilities include:
- Handling customers’ queries via phone calls, emails and live chats, responding to the customer’s queries within the given time frame.
- Creating enthusiastic customer base by selling our products, services and solutions.
- Deal with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
- Should have excellent interpersonal, communication and correspondence skills.
- Should be fluent in written & spoken English.
- 1-2 years of experience in offshore Sales/Support
