Requirements:
•Manage cost-related journal entries and ensure proper general ledger coding in support of monthly closings
•Cost system maintenance
•Normal and machine rate development
•Abnormal identification & reporting
•Prime product and/or component cost monitoring & analysis
•Budgeting and expense analysis, assist in the preparation of yearly budget and forecast
•Capital expenditure forecasting and reporting
•Standard and current cost grief resolution
•Standard cost setting and analysis
•Manage the inventory reconciliation and valuation
•Maintain the aging report for inventory
•Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
•Minimum bachelors’ degree in accounting or equivalent. Master degree or post-graduation will be considered a plus
•Professional background of 5-10 years within manufacture industry/plant as cost accountant（leader）, preferably working for multinational companies
•Advance knowledge of Accounting principles and cost analysis
•Proficiency with Oracle EBS and personal computers and advanced spreadsheet software skills
•Experiences from both in-house and accounting firm is required, big four experience is a plus
•Proficiency in the English language is required
•Hard working, can-do attitude and pay attention to details
