We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of 'Assistant Manager of Operations' to support our Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous work experience as Assistant Manager in Operations, preferably within the Hospitality Industry, Hotels, or renowned high-rise buildings.
- Knowledgeable in operations management and business processes.
- Conducting meetings with vendors regarding maintenance and other assigned projects.
- Handling customer complaints patiently, and professionally, and ensuring timely resolutions
- Supervision and oversight to ensure the building's cleanliness.
- Allocation of duties and supervision of maintenance & security staff.
- Managing day-to-day operations by coordinating between departments.
- Prioritizing customer satisfaction for the entire staff.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Enhancing client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Providing support to management in designing and coordinating work activities within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
