Assistant Manager (Operations)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assigning monthly targets and monitoring regional and exchange level performance
of Faults, Repeated Complaints, Denial, Mean time to resolve, Mean time to
provision of all products.
Regional and exchange
level daily monitoring of pending orders to ensure speedy installation.
Maintaining and providing all the data related to business operations
KPIs
Coordination with regions to ensure rationalized Field Force Mapping / Time and
Motion Study
Coordination and liaison with IT and Regional Teams for day to day activities.
Update and communicate latest Business Operations developments, initiatives and
competitive actions within the channels
