Student Counsellor

Scholar Hub is an Australian based company and is currently hiring in Pakistan for its Office in Lahore.Attractive Salary Package + Commission Lahore Based Role, Education Counselor with 1-3 years experience.

Key Responsibilities Include

Mange a team of education counselors
Manage student queries, leads and assist with selection of the right course
Contact students via call, sms, email and face-to-face.
Ensure applications are processed against eligibility criteria, understanding of Australian Immigration Visa Regulations and Conditions.
Plan student budget and financial suitability.
Reaching agreed international student recruitment/sales targets.Managing students portfolio, follow up Letter of Offer and enrollments
.Strategic planning to achieve recruitment targets within budgetary constraints
.Hosting international student and educational partner related events
Analyzing recruitment-related data to measure achievements and plan future recruitment campaigns.
Happy to travel inter-city and to promotional events as needed

Criteria & Position Description:

Qualification with minimum graduate or above, QEAC Certificate desirable but not mandatory
.Experience within Education or Migration Services dealing with International students, specifically for Australia or New Zealand.
Knowledge of Education Entry Requirement and Knowledge of English language tests (IELTS, PERSON etc).
Work with minimum supervision & within the team, ability to develop relationships with partner institutes.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, high level of problem solving and negotiation between clients and institutions.
A motivated and confident Consultant to drive and maximize sales.
