- Well-versed with social media strategy, planning and implementation (proven experience in effectively managing corporate social media platforms .i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Creating consistent, meaning full content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Managing social media posts, communicating with social media followers, and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Developing and managing social influencer programs by creating brand advocates
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. to evaluate company’s social media presence and performance
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
- Creating brand awareness and online reputation by networking with online communities, bloggers, and influencers to gain endorsement. Monitoring brand and product-related conversations to measure sentiment, watch for PR emergencies, identify important/relevant discussions, answer questions, etc.
- Optimizing company social media pages and profiles to increase the visibility of company’s social content & improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
- SEO and generating inbound traffic and leads. Optimizing copy and landing pages for SEO. Performing ongoing keyword research for expansion of keyword opportunities
- Implementing content recommendations for organic and paid SEO
- Performing other duties as needed
