- 3+ years of collection manager experience
- strong communication abilities
- Effective team management skills
- English must be spoken well, and collection management experience is a must.
- To work in Lahore but not from Lahore is a need.
- A strong set of interpersonal skills are a must
The following are your obligations:
1. In charge of planning the collection team.
2. Staff training and interviewing.
3. In charge of managing the group and guaranteeing the team's output.
Payroll Depending on your skill and practice, your salary might be between 120K and 180K.
