Software Sales Executive + Commission
- We are looking to hire software sales executives who are specialized in selling business software and solution, as well as IT services.
- Software sales executives have to be able to answer highly technical questions in order to close sales.
- It is an entry-level white-collar position. Selected candidate will typically work under the direction of a sales manager.
- Those who are willing to work independently or with minimum supervision are preferred for this position.
Sofware Sales Executive Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain Knowledge of Industry Trends
- Maintain a Strong Knowledge of Products and Services Offered
- Conduct Market Research to Find Sales Prospects
- Participate in Sales Strategy Meetings
- Arrange sales meeting in coordination with sales team
- Maintain a Database of Prospective and Current Customers
Skills Required
- Strategizing with management and fellow IT executives based on feedback from the field
- Analyzing demographic information from nearby regions to determine worthwhile territories
- Using IT expertise to explain product features and benefits to prospective clients
- Converting prospective clients into customers using IT and sales acumen
- Organizing current and prospective customer data using CRM software
