Junior Developer

A US based technology house is looking for a Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.

Responsibilities

Develop new user-facing features.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Convert PSD designs into Static Site. Convert HTML sites into Shopify Sites.
Create Fully Functional Ecommerce Stores.
Knowledge about WordPress and other Platforms is plus point. Edit the old PHP, CSS, HTML and JavaScript/jQuery Scripts
Make the websites responsive, workable on all mobile devices.

Skills and Qualifications

Must have graduation in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering.
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
Must have knowledgeable about version control tools like GitHub and Bit bucket etc.
Must be a basic understanding of SEO tags and cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
