Responsible to lead overall HR Operations of the group as per internal HR Policies. Assist Head HR in executing overall Strategic Planing Process.

Key Responcibilities Include

  • Assist Head HR in strategically aligning HR functions with groups overall business strategy
  • Quarterly review the Organization’s reporting structure and update it according to organization’s needs
  • Responsible to lead whole Performance Management System based on JDs, Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators
  • Quarterly plan training calendar with concerned HR Officer on the basis of quarterly performance evaluations and Training Need Analysis
  •  Responsible to update HR Policies, Procedures, forms and letters
  • Perform Manpower Planning on quarterly basis after last quarter performance evaluation
  • Ensure that HR team must provide on time required manpower
  • Identify workforce engagement/morale issues or concerns building employee engagement through various activities 
  • Prepare Monthly HR Reports based on HR Matrices
  • Ensure that proper employee records are maintained into ERP and Personal files re updated
  • Annual increments of management and non-management staff keeping in view the compensation and beneifts policy of the group
  • Ensure efficient employee relationing through HR team
