Responsible to lead overall HR Operations of the group as per internal HR Policies. Assist Head HR in executing overall Strategic Planing Process.
Key Responcibilities Include
- Assist Head HR in strategically aligning HR functions with groups overall business strategy
- Quarterly review the Organization’s reporting structure and update it according to organization’s needs
- Responsible to lead whole Performance Management System based on JDs, Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators
- Quarterly plan training calendar with concerned HR Officer on the basis of quarterly performance evaluations and Training Need Analysis
- Responsible to update HR Policies, Procedures, forms and letters
- Perform Manpower Planning on quarterly basis after last quarter performance evaluation
- Ensure that HR team must provide on time required manpower
- Identify workforce engagement/morale issues or concerns building employee engagement through various activities
- Prepare Monthly HR Reports based on HR Matrices
- Ensure that proper employee records are maintained into ERP and Personal files re updated
- Annual increments of management and non-management staff keeping in view the compensation and beneifts policy of the group
- Ensure efficient employee relationing through HR team
