Timing:10pm to 6am (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: 20k to 25k

Candidate must have good command on written and spoken English

Responsibilities

Managing inbound calls in a timely manner
Communicating with our customers in effective manner
Negotiating easy terms for flight tickets & other travel arrangements
Identifying consumer’s needs, clarify information, resolve customer issues by providing easy solutions
Build sustainable relationships and engage consumers

Requirements

Excellent spoken & written English communication skills
Previous experience in a customer support role or travel agent would be a plus point
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
High School degree or higher
Long term commitment
Willingness to work in the flexible shifts
Good at handling the pressure
Positive and energetic attitude
Note: Please note that we are Located in DHA & This is afternoon till night (Second shift Job)
