1. In charge of Team Construction and Capability Improvement of the Trainers

(1) To track and present the number of trainers throughout Pakistan.

(2) To organize regular training and study for the trainers.

(3) To establish and implement Trainer Capability Certification System.

2. Compilation and Implementation of Interior Training Materials

(1) Compilation of 4 textbooks: Product Parameters, Core Selling Points, Six Steps of Promotion and Objection Handling.

(2) To optimize the textbooks by discussing with outstanding promoters.

(3) To update the product parameters of vivo and competing brands every month.

(4) To seek outstanding promoters with a monthly sales volume of over 100 handsets and summarize sales pitch and behavior which may be presented and popularized.

(5) To track secondary teams’ implementation of the textbooks.

3. Compilation and Implementation of Client Training Materials

(1) To compile and optimize client training materials.

(2) To supervise and track secondary teams’ implementation of the client training materials.

5. To Track the Launch of New Products

(1) To track and analyze the sales data of new products.

(2) To track the launch of competing products with the same price range.
