Assistant Manager HR

TheRegional HR Managerwill be responsible for overseeing HR activities including direct support and guidance to local HR Coordinators, employee & labour relations, training and organizational development and coaching leaders in alignment with the organizations strategy and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and resolve employee relations issues.Work withLocal HR, Branches & Head Office
Ensure compliance in respect of EOBI/PESSI/SESSI.
Equip managers with the tools and training to optimize their performance and work with leaders to create and ensure successful completion of individual development plans.
Support the talent review and succession planning processes using a consultative approach that ensures a strong talent bench.
Communicate and apply company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
Candidate must have have experinece to deal with Labour Court/EOBI/PESSI/SESSI and get clearence from bodies.
Processing of medical claims.
Follow the hiring procedure in light of company policy.

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management)
2 to 03 years experience asa generalist HR and/or HR Business Partner
Proficient in all areas of Federal & State or Provincial employment law and human rights legislation
Fluent in English
