HR Executive

AA Joyland Pvt Ltd seeks a highly motivated HR Executive to join the Human Resources team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have between two to three years of experience and hold a BBA or MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification. This role involves managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations to ensure smooth processes within the company. The HR Executive works closely with the team to support the development and implementation of organizational development initiatives and employee engagement programs. This position requires a proactive individual who can maintain accurate HR records and reports, support employee training and development, and assist in crafting and updating HR policies and procedures. Although this role does not include managing a team, the HR Executive will play a crucial part in driving HR projects and supporting the overall human resources strategy of AA Joyland Pvt Ltd to foster a positive work environment and promote organizational growth.
Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Support organizational development initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, and continuous improvement activities.
Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating company HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Maintain comprehensive HR records, generate reports, and keep recruitment trackers up to date to provide accurate information for decision-making.
Support employee development initiatives by coordinating training programs and other HR activities to enhance staff skills and performance.
Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to address HR-related concerns and promote a collaborative workplace culture.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR initiatives align with the companys strategic goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations to maintain a fair and supportive workplace environment.
