Updates and organizes company training programs for Junior, supervisory, technical and management personnel.
Assists in initial draft material for new training programs; reviews, evaluates proposed programs
Managing schedules, records and accounts settlement
Act as a point-of-contact for Training and development related matters
Contacts attendees and department representatives about training program
Schedules the appropriate classroom and prepares the physical setup, including any audiovisual equipment
Assists in execution of ‘Employee Engagement & Recreational’ programs and ensure OD budget is YTD.
Conducts presentations for new-employee orientation
Recommend performance improvements or new programs based on TNA
Ensure timely completion of quarterly TNA cycle and obtain Management approvals
