We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling IT hardware products (laptops, desktops, accessories, networking equipment, etc.) to B2B and B2C clients over the phone.
The role involves generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate new business through cold calling, follow-ups, and upselling.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Previous telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware (training can be provided).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Word/Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
