We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our IT team as an IT Assistant. The IT Assistant will provide essential support to our IT department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, network administration, and user support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Flexible for rotational shifts
