Job Purpose Role and Responsibilities

To provide technical leadership on a variety of highly specialized project-related activities requiring expertise in specific technical areas for core information technology systems and services.
To execute Installation/Configuration of all Databases, Applications & server administrations.
To perform IT Support portal installation & Server management.
To delivers appropriate training to ensure high-quality professional staff performance at the branch level.
To provide technical expertise/input to functional departments in upcoming IT-related matters/challenges.
To manage Software project-level activities & resolve functional department queries.
To interact with staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
To support functional teams/dept to take quick & best decisions regarding IT-related projects/tasks.
To set up new user’s accounts, and profiles and deal with password-related issues.
Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
