- Formulate and communicate break plan to all agents/CRO (contractual staff).
- Formulate and communicate sitting plan to all agents/CRO (contractual staff).
- Assist AM MIS in formulating and developing performance reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain leave calendars, and assist AM MIS in daily scheduling accordingly.
- Maintain attendance and adherence records on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with HR officer in maintaining head count report with respect to new hiring, terminations and resignation.
Shift Timings: Morning
Salary Bracket: 35,000-40,000
