Job Role:
ABM Lahore is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager responsible for creating a consistent and sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities in the Southern region. The qualified and successful candidate will have pre-existing relationships with key business decision makers and a solid network of contacts to generate opportunities. Focusing on key clients, they will be expected to develop and close new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
· Managing the sales pipeline, and forecasting to achieve continuous profitable sales growth
· Contributing to business plan and revenue targets
· Updating and refining marketing and sales strategies
· Managing lead generation and lead assignments
· Managing the proposal development, submission and contracting
· Prepares all management reports, including activity generated from sales presentations and training classes
· Grows the territory/account base to attain financial objectives.
· Understands customers’ business and solutions requirements.
· Territory/account management, including account planning and sales forecasting.
· Customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties.
· Leads sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage account
Desired Skills:
· Minimum 10 years of senior management experience at a Systems Integrator/ IT Solution Provider
· Strong conceptual understanding of technology trends and processes
· Should have background in solution selling for Information Security, Cyber Security, Information Management, Data Protection, Consulting Service & Professional Services etc.
· Experience in articulating commercial proposals, tenders and bidding documents for enterprise customers.
· Should be able to independently engage with customer's middle and senior management.
· Willingness to travel.
· Ability to work with diverse cross functional teams.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
· Relevant contacts in middle and large enterprises.
