We are an IT & Logistics Company, looking to appoint an ambitious International Service Logistics representative to support the sales team developing business and delivering an industry-leading customer service experience. Operating in a fast-paced environment. The International Service Logistics representative is a team player that promptly responds to customers’ requests for pricing and delivery times and proactively develops relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must provide relevant product and service information.
  • Should be a problem-solve for the customer related to the product/service
  • Interacts with the customer by recording account information and maintaining customer records.
  • Build a relationship with the customer and acknowledge to resolve customer complaints that would lead to a good Quality assurance result.
  • Must be enthusiastic and maintain a positive professional attitude towards the customer all the time.
  • Bring up innovation for the betterment of the customer experience.
  • Must be familiar with the company’s services to respond to the customer accurately.
