We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive with specialized experience in US Medical Billing to join our team at the Gulberg, Jail Road office in Lahore. This is an on-site role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience managing AR within US Medical Billing, with a strong grasp of revenue cycle management, denials, appeals, and collections. This position offers a competitive salary of up to PKR 70,000 and is best suited for candidates based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid, denied, and aged AR claims, including Out-of-Network (OON), Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), and Workers’ Compensation (WC) cases.
- Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) to identify underpayments, denials, and discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit appeals, reconsiderations, and dispute letters to resolve claim issues effectively.
- Conduct payer negotiations to maximize reimbursements and ensure timely payments.
- Analyze denial trends and implement corrective actions to facilitate claim resubmissions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of claim statuses and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate closely with billing and coding teams to reduce recurring denials and improve claim accuracy.
- Consistently meet assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collection targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in US Medical Billing with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) for both In-Network and Out-of-Network claims.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including handling denials, appeals, and collections processes.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers such as UnitedHealthcare (UHC), Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), among others.
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, along with medical billing software.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a performance-driven and results-focused approach.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Lahore.
