Accountant

Al Mannan Builders, a reputable real estate development company established in 1998 and based in Multan, is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing reliable financial reports to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive books of accounts, including ledgers and journals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes along with bank reconciliations.
- Accurately record all sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of vouchers and supporting financial evidence.
- Utilize accounting software to process daily financial transactions efficiently.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with taxation laws and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal management as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience working as an Accountant or Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
