An established Australian medical company located in E-11, Islamabad, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join their finance team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations. This position demands strong analytical skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple financial tasks within set deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable by handling vendor payments and customer invoices, ensuring timely collections and disbursements.
- Maintain the general ledger with precision, ensuring all financial data is complete, accurate, and compliant with accounting standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial activities.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts and software applications.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates with an excellent academic record will be given preference.
- Reliable commuting or relocation to Islamabad, specifically the E-11 area, is required.
- Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- The salary package ranges from PKR 60,000 to PKR 70,000 per month.
