Accounts & Finance Officer

Karachi Tile Mart (Zilver) is seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to join their team at the G-11 office in Islamabad. The role involves managing the company’s financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 60,000 to 70,000 with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This is an in-person role suited for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting and control.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and prepare timely financial reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support management decisions.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to optimize financial performance.
- Oversee cash flow management, bank coordination, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and senior management for smooth financial operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial control mechanisms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software for accurate data management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, or an MBA in Finance are highly preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, will be considered a strong advantage.
