Accounts Intern

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our Accounts & Administration team at our office located in Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 12, Karachi. This role is ideal for a quick learner currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in daily accounting operations while supporting various administrative tasks. This position requires someone reliable, adaptable, and eager to develop their skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting data entries using Odoo ERP.
- Assist with basic bank and account reconciliations.
- Support routine accounting and office administration activities.
- Handle bank visits for cash deposits, cheque deposits, and other banking transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
- Assist the Accounts team with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn new skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently manage assigned tasks.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and general computer applications.
- Must reside in Gulistan-e-Johar or nearby areas, preferably close to Block 12, to ensure ease of commute.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- Prior experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Work schedule is from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, six days a week with Friday off.
- This is an in-person role based at the specified location.
- Monthly stipend ranges from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000.
