OBJECTIVES
Objective 1To provide support to Senior Divisional Manager in managing tasks. Tasks & responsibilities· To document and share the details of working groups under the guidance of relevant government bodies.· To ensure that ER2 is explained and projected properly at all relevant forums.· To support Senior Divisional Manager in convening meetings, visits and update plans.· To provide an over view of ground situation through conducting field visits. · To support Senior Division Manager in conducting reviews of progress as per DIP and document any shortcomings/challenges. · Support Divisional Manger in overseeing security implementation and reporting at the district levels.· To support in facilitation, the visits of district, provincial, capital or HQ related staff. Allocate 60% of time to field visits;· Ensure support for surveys or any emergency assessment on ad hoc basis. · Ensure/facilitate trainings and workshops.Objective 2To provide support to Senior Divisional Manager in coordination and representation at the divisional and district levelTasks & responsibilities· To prepare periodic and ad hoc planning for meetings of Senior Divisional Manager with external stakeholders including other PINS programmes, Government of Pakistan counterparts (LHWs, DOH, AAP, security referents);· In the absence of Senior Divisional Manager representation of the project and Action Against Hunger at province (for the division), divisional and district level;· To support in preparations of briefings and presentations for relevant meetings;· To support in preparing contact details of colleagues and stakeholders. Objective 3To support Government of Pakistan counterparts deliver the AAPTasks & responsibilities· To prepare briefings on progress with consultation of government bodies related to AAP at district and divisional level. · To facilitate meetings at the divisional level as required through sending invitations and arranging venues. · To prepare and arrange schedule for exposure and monitoring visits of concerned AAP departments for demonstration purposes.
