Purpose of the role

The position is responsible for overall Recruitment, Pay plan, insurance, employee record and HR day-to-day Matters, technical support to the base team and implementation of HR Activities under HR domain and liaison with Other related Department   in case of need under the supervision of HR Head

Individual accountabilities

  • Responsible for  Maintaining Employee record in soft and hard form and Support in Audit
  • Support in HR operations/day to day matters at the capital level along with coordinating with base level HR counterparts on the uniform implementation of ACF HR practices.
  • Responsible for the management of timesheets, monthly 10 minutes conversations, probation evaluation goal submission and in time evaluation submission by the line manager.
  • Coordinating with HR representatives from all bases on monthly HR report submission, compiling and sharing a consolidated report with HR head.

  • Managing Health and Life  Insurance for all staff, coordinating with logistics department for maintenance/renewal of contracts

  • Managing monthly payroll on Homere, coordinating with base HR on any changes in the homere and submission of timely EOBI for capital staff.

  • Maintaining all staff data on Homere, personnel files and record keeping of any HR related memos.

  • Supporting HR Head in managing annual performance appraisal cycle, management of monthly all staff meetings, and coordination in arranging team engagement events.

  • Managing employee onboarding, coordinating with relevant departments and ensuing smooth onboarding of new employees in terms of cards, work station, orientation, email creation, IT equipment etc.

  • Timesheets are signed and in place for every month for all staff in capital 
  • Error free payroll sheet submission to Finance within due deadline every month
  • Life and health insurance contacts are in place and managed properly
  • Employee personnel file are maintained in hard and soft
  • All trackers are maintained and updated
  • Error free audits
