We're seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team. If you have at least 2 years of HR experience and enjoy helping with various HR tasks, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Implement performance management systems and provide feedback for employee development.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws in the USA.
Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
Manage HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping and payroll processing.
Utilize social networks for effective recruitment.
Adhere to company HR policies and procedures diligently.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic HR software.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
