Job Title: Financial Executive
Experience: 2-3 years
Qualification: CMA Inter Qualified or CA Qualified or ACCA or MBA
Age: Under 30
Timing: 8 pm to 5 am (Night Shift)
We are a growing Accounting Consultancy firm having a portfolio of Multi-Million Dollar companies in the States. We are looking to hire a finance professional having a good grip on Accounting and Finance with a hands-on expertise in technological aspects of today’s business accounting.
1- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information of different businesses like Drop shipping, Manufacturing etc.
2- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
3- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
4- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing the balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports according to IFRS or GAAP as may require.
5- Preparing an inventory reconciliation report and made adjustment accordingly.
6- Reconciles financial discrepancies (like in Banks, Cash, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory etc.) by collecting and analyzing account information.
7- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
8- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
9- Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
10- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
11- To make sure professional and technical knowledge are up to date.
12- Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
13- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
