MERN Developer

Acmeone is looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Developer with 1 to 3 years of industry experience to join its dynamic software development team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate specializes in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with additional experience in Python frameworks such as Django or Flask considered a plus. This role requires a deep understanding of full stack development principles and a passion for delivering high-quality, maintainable, and efficient software solutions. As a MERN Developer at Acmeone, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, design, and product management to build, maintain, and optimize web applications. You will focus on developing responsive frontend components, creating and consuming RESTful APIs, and integrating third-party services. Strong debugging skills and adherence to coding standards are key to success in this role. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it offers ample opportunities for professional growth and skill development in an innovative, agile environment.
Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack components: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, as well as Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs and backend services to support frontend requirements and data integration.
Create responsive, reusable, and modular frontend components that provide an optimal user experience across devices.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services, ensuring secure and efficient communication between systems.
Debug, test, and optimize the performance of applications to meet quality benchmarks and user expectations.
Participate actively in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, maintainability, and quality.
Collaborate effectively with QA professionals, designers, and product owners to align development efforts with business needs.
Support the deployment process and conduct post-release maintenance activities to address bugs and improve functionality.
Maintain version control using Git/GitHub or equivalent systems to facilitate consistent and trackable code changes.
Apply knowledge of Linux environments to contribute to development and deployment activities.
Continuously update skills and stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development.
Engage in Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery of product increments in a collaborative team setting.
