Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads.
  • Phone and email communication with prospects.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Working closely with the manager to close sponsorship deals.
  • Drafting sponsorship contracts.
  • Maintaining positive business relationships with existing clients to ensure future sales.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (company language).
  • English should be at least 8 out of 10 overall (please don't apply if your English communication is not good)
  • Experience in B2B telesales, working in the event management industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of the sales processes and dynamics.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to negotiate.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Team player but also able to work independently.
