Agay Barho is seeking a talented Web Designer / Digital Creative with a minimum of two years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for modern design trends and excels in transforming ideas into visually compelling website mockups, user interfaces, and digital creative assets. This role focuses on supporting a wide range of brands across ecommerce, health, lifestyle, and professional services by creating high-converting websites, landing pages, and marketing materials that effectively engage target audiences.
The position involves working independently without managing a team, requiring excellent creative skills and proficiency in tools such as Figma for website layouts, Adobe Creative Suite for design production, and Canva for quick creative output. Additionally, experience with AI design tools and a portfolio showcasing design capabilities are essential. Bonus skills such as video editing, motion graphics, and ecommerce design experience add value. Responsibilities
- Create engaging website mockups and user interface designs using Figma that reflect modern design principles and meet client objectives.
- Develop digital creative assets for websites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Incorporate AI tools into the design workflow to enhance creativity and improve efficiency in producing digital assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs that support branding and business goals.
- Maintain and present a comprehensive Behance or design portfolio demonstrating previous work and design capabilities.
- Produce design layouts and elements that balance aesthetics with functionality and usability to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Assist in creating simple animations and motion graphics to enrich digital content when necessary.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets that meet quality standards.
- Continuously research and apply innovative design trends and technologies to keep creative outputs fresh and effective.
- Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and digital best practices for accessibility and responsiveness.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance creative deliverables.
- Contribute ideas and creative solutions that advance project goals and client satisfaction.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design processes and versions for efficient project management.
