Inventory Controller

Agri Drip is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Controller with at least three years of experience to join our operations team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring efficient logistics processes to support the companys agricultural products. The ideal candidate has strong skills in inventory management and related software, with a solid understanding of supply chain and logistics coordination. This position does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration with various departments to streamline inventory flow and minimize discrepancies. The Inventory Controller is responsible for tracking stock levels, monitoring supply chain performance, and ensuring timely replenishment of products. This position plays a critical role in optimizing the inventory process, preventing stockouts or overstock situations, and improving overall operational efficiency. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving are essential to succeed in this role and support Agri Drips commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management software.
Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure smooth receipt and distribution of products.
Monitor inventory levels and analyze trends to forecast demand and recommend replenishment strategies.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain operations.
Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
Track and report on inventory performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce delays.
Resolve issues related to inventory inaccuracies, supplier delays, or delivery problems.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline inventory management processes.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide inventory status updates.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to warehouse operations.
