The AI Coding Instructor role at ThriveTechEd is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions focused on AI-assisted coding, programming fundamentals, and the practical application of AI tools within software development workflows. This role involves preparing curriculum and learning materials, teaching live classes, conducting hands-on coding exercises, and offering guidance and feedback to learners. The instructor will assess learner progress, adapt content to varying skill levels, and collaborate with the training team to continuously refine courses based on participant feedback and industry trends. The goal is to ensure that professionals can apply AI and coding skills directly to workplace scenarios, keeping training practical, accessible, and aligned with modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions on AI-assisted coding and programming fundamentals.
- Prepare comprehensive curriculum and learning materials tailored to diverse learner needs.
- Conduct live classes and hands-on coding exercises, fostering an interactive learning environment.
- Provide personalized guidance and constructive feedback to support learner development.
- Assess learner progress and adapt content to accommodate different skill levels.
- Collaborate with the training team to update and improve course content based on participant feedback and emerging industry trends.
- Ensure training remains practical and relevant by aligning it with real-world software development workflows and AI tool applications.
- Manage multiple classes, cohorts, or training projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used with AI-assisted development, such as Python or JavaScript, with the ability to explain coding concepts clearly to learners of varying backgrounds.
- Experience using modern AI tools for coding, including code assistants, AI pair programmers, or generative AI platforms, and integrating these tools into practical development workflows.
- Background in software development, computer science, or a related technical field, with a solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and coding best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design or training, including curriculum development, delivering live workshops or classes, and supporting adult learners in professional or academic settings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners, manage group dynamics, and tailor teaching methods to different skill levels.
- Familiarity with workplace productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 or similar platforms, and an understanding of how coding and AI enhance real-world business workflows.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Lahore and collaborate effectively with a training team.
