AI Implementation Strategist

ProcessIQTECH is seeking an experienced AI Strategy & Implementation Engineer to lead the integration of artificial intelligence across our ERP, CRM, and HRMS platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify genuine business opportunities where AI can add value, and then translate those insights into scalable, intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate will not only focus on embedding AI technology but will also align AI initiatives with business goals to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- AI Strategy & Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive AI implementation roadmap tailored to our ERP, CRM, and HRMS products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer requirements.
- AI Opportunity Identification: Analyze current business workflows to uncover opportunities for intelligent automation, predictive analytics, decision support, and operational enhancements.
- Product Innovation: Propose innovative AI-driven features that differentiate our products and strengthen our competitive position in the market.
- AI Solution Architecture: Assess and select appropriate AI models, large language models (LLMs), APIs, AI agents, and integration methods based on feasibility, cost-effectiveness, security, and scalability.
- Business Process Intelligence: Design AI use cases such as intelligent sales forecasting, lead scoring, automated HR insights, predictive reporting, and AI-assisted business decision-making.
- Implementation & Execution: Convert AI strategies into actionable development plans, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and oversee the end-to-end implementation process from concept through deployment.
- ROI & Performance Measurement: Define and track success metrics to evaluate business impact, productivity gains, cost savings, and enhanced customer value.
- Responsible AI: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to best practices in data privacy, security, governance, accuracy, and maintain appropriate human oversight.

Required Qualifications

- Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and their applications within enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to connect AI capabilities with real-world business challenges and product strategies.
- Experience evaluating and selecting AI tools, models, platforms, and implementation methodologies.
- Familiarity with APIs, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, automation, and integration within enterprise software ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A practical, outcome-focused mindset that prioritizes delivering measurable business value over adopting AI trends without clear purpose.
