AI Marketing Workflow Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Marketing Workflow Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have practical expertise in marketing automation, AI agents, and agentic AI systems. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing AI-driven marketing workflows that automate complex, multi-step marketing activities with minimal human intervention. The position is based in Garden Town, Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing marketing efficiency through innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI agent-based workflows to support content creation, lead scoring, campaign execution, and marketing analytics.
- Build multi-step automated workflows that integrate AI models with marketing platforms, CRM systems, and other business tools.
- Implement AI agents capable of planning, executing, evaluating, and optimizing various marketing tasks.
- Integrate marketing tools, APIs, and automation platforms to streamline campaign operations effectively.
- Monitor the performance of workflows, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve automation efficiency and marketing results.
- Establish human review processes, quality control measures, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in building AI-powered marketing workflows or marketing automation systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of agentic AI, AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and multi-step workflow orchestration.
- Experience working with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, or similar automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes, including campaign management, lead generation, content operations, CRM, and marketing analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating APIs and third-party marketing platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate marketing requirements into automated AI-driven solutions.
