AI Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in AI to serve as a vital link between business strategy and the delivery of Agentic AI solutions. In this role, you will identify high-value automation opportunities, translate them into detailed agent designs and requirements, and ensure that deployed AI agents achieve measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

- Discovery: Facilitate stakeholder workshops to map existing processes and uncover areas where AI agents can automate complex, multi-step, decision-intensive tasks.

- Agent Design: Define clear agent objectives, select appropriate tools and data sources, establish guardrails, and design human-in-the-loop checkpoints to ensure effective agent operation.

- Requirements: Develop comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluation scenarios tailored to agentic workflows.

- Business Case Development: Construct ROI models, prioritize the use-case backlog, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

- Delivery: Collaborate closely with AI engineers throughout the build, testing, and rollout phases. Take ownership of user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management processes.

- Governance: Ensure all AI solutions comply with responsible AI principles, security protocols, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.

- Optimization: Monitor agent performance post-launch and drive continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of six years’ experience in business analysis, including at least two years focused on AI, machine learning, or automation projects.

- Practical knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and Agentic AI concepts such as tool integration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent orchestration, and multi-channel processing (MCP), along with an understanding of their limitations.

- Strong skills in process mapping methodologies, including BPMN and value-stream mapping, coupled with experience in Agile delivery frameworks.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both executive leadership and business stakeholders.

- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence, as well as data analysis tools like SQL and Power BI or equivalents.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), or certifications related to AI and cloud technologies.

- Background in consulting or participation in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
