AI Strategy Executive Officer - TJ / 1928628

Our client, EFU Life Assurance Ltd., is seeking an experienced AI Strategy Executive Officer based in Karachi. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic development, governance, and integration of artificial intelligence solutions across the organization. The Executive Officer will be responsible for formulating AI strategies and roadmaps that align with the company’s business objectives while ensuring responsible and ethical AI practices. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies and roadmaps that align with EFU Life Assurance’s goals and industry best practices.
- Establish and maintain AI governance policies to promote responsible and ethical AI usage throughout the organization.
- Design and oversee data strategy and governance frameworks to ensure high-quality data management supporting AI initiatives.
- Manage the AI portfolio and product lifecycle, coordinating with various business units to drive successful AI adoption and integration.
- Utilize Python programming along with advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques to design, develop, and optimize AI models and solutions.
- Maintain and apply SQL and database management skills to ensure data availability, integrity, and accessibility for AI projects.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify opportunities for process automation and improvements in operational efficiency using AI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure AI implementations meet business needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Present AI concepts, progress reports, and project outcomes to internal and external audiences to facilitate transparency and informed decision-making.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends to continuously enhance AI applications and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of three years of professional experience in artificial intelligence or related fields.
- Strong foundation in computer science or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Python programming and experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
- Solid understanding of database management, including SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement AI strategies and governance policies.
