Building Electrician & Plumber

Al Abbasi Enterprises is seeking a skilled Building Electrician & Plumber with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in building construction. The ideal candidate has solid technical knowledge in electrical wiring and plumbing installation, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of tasks on site. This role requires a physically fit individual capable of working in diverse environments while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Candidates from Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and nearby areas are highly encouraged to apply, and possession of a valid passport is preferred. In this role, the Building Electrician & Plumber will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and plumbing systems within buildings. While this position does not involve managing a team, strong independent work management and adherence to timelines are essential. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to read technical drawings, troubleshoot problems, and follow best practices to ensure quality workmanship in all construction phases.
Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and plumbing systems in compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to accurately complete electrical and plumbing installations.
Conduct inspections of electrical and plumbing systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Use specialized tools and equipment to perform installations and repairs safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with other construction professionals to integrate electrical and plumbing work within overall building projects.
Ensure all work areas are kept clean and safe, following company and regulatory safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during assignments.
Assist in troubleshooting electrical and plumbing system failures to minimize downtime and repair costs.
Stay updated with current building codes, electrical and plumbing regulations, and industry best practices.
Physically carry out the tasks requiring manual dexterity and stamina, including climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
