Job Description / Responsibilities
Their work includes:
· Maintain leads and target lists for potential customers
· Ensure that CPML team meets the sales targets
· Coaching the tele sales team by providing them with effective strategies and product knowledge
· Ensure disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management
· Develop and maintain customer relationships
· Handle customer complaints and enquiries when forwarded
· Monitor random calls for quality assurance
· Regular appraisal of targets achievement to reporting hierarchy
· Keep a record of all outgoing/ incoming calls on proper ledgers
· Negotiate/close deals
· Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
