Sales Man

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about jewelry products, including features, benefits, and pricing to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Manage customer relationship management systems to track interactions, preferences, and purchase history.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is well presented and stocked.
Achieve individual and store sales targets by actively promoting products and special offers.
Assist with opening and closing store procedures, including cash handling and inventory management as required.
Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide up-to-date advice to customers.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and deliver excellent customer service.
Assist in receiving and processing shipments of new inventory and ensure accurate product labeling.
