An online educational academy urgently requires candidates for the post of "Floor Coordinator " based at Alshams Technology Rawalpindi.
Qualification: Masters in relevant subject.- Must be proficient in spoken English with good computer skills.
- Possess 2 to 5 years experience same position with educational campuses.
- Good knowledge of Academics, Teaching methodology and online educational administration and coordination.
- Handsome salary package will be offered to the desired competent candidate.
- Previous work experience of the supervision of multiple campuses will be given preference.
- Reviewing the reports arising from quality assurance and ensure that appropriate actions are taken.
- Arranging staff meetings and maintaining records of meeting.
- Maintaining and updating students record.
- Provide administrative and academic support to the Teachers and colleagues.
- Facilitate office/departmental communication and coordination by Performing activities relating to communication and coordination (within the department and externally), including typing various documents, such as emails, announcements, minutes, reports, etc.
- Providing relevant information to and interact with the students.
- Attending to and following up on student queries/complaints/requests.
