Responsibilities

  • Oversee all store operations including inventory management, warehouse activities, and logistics planning to support hospital functions effectively.
  • Lead and manage a team of five employees, ensuring proper task allocation, motivation, and performance monitoring.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy through regular stock auditing and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate supply chain operations including order processing, demand forecasting, and timely procurement of necessary medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health and safety standards and hospital policies within all storage and warehouse facilities.
  • Utilize hospital information systems and IT tools to track inventory movements, generate reports, and analyze stock levels for decision making.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy and procurement departments to align inventory with patient needs and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Conduct statistical modeling and data reconciliation to enhance forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization.
  • Prepare and present reports on inventory status, stock variances, and supply chain performance to hospital management.
  • Ensure all required licenses and registrations related to pharmaceutical storage and drug sales are current and compliant with regulatory bodies.
  • Develop continuous improvement initiatives to streamline store processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor store personnel to build capability and support career development aligned with hospital objectives.
