Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational development initiatives to support business goals and enhance workforce performance.
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies that identify and prepare future leaders within the hospital.
  • Manage performance management systems, ensuring consistent application of appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms.
  • Use HR analytics to monitor workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate and deliver learning and development programs tailored to staff needs across different departments.
  • Support change management processes by communicating effectively with employees and facilitating smooth transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Oversee the work of the HR team member, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using HRIS and other administrative tools.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to resolve issues related to employee relations, performance, and organizational culture.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support HR projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction.
