The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cost estimation and measurement processes for projects in the hospital, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and timely completion of projects. This role requires thorough attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed cost estimates for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects within the hospital.
  • Conduct thorough measurements and assessments of materials, labor, and other resources required for each project.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.
  • Analyze cost data and provide recommendations to optimize project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project expenditures and track costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and addressing any deviations from budgetary targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on project costs, progress, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines in all cost estimation and measurement activities.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related insights and support to project teams.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in cost estimation and measurement techniques.

Requirements:

  • DAE or B-Tech in Civil Engineering,  or a related field.
  • 7 - 10 years of proven experience in cost estimation, measurement, and project management of Building Construction Projects.
  • Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes.
